An object of the invention is characterized of the fact that on the whole plane of the transparent panel (1) are formed light diffusing longitudinal convex elements (6) and at the same time inner surfaces (9) of longitudinal convex elements (6) are coated with a light diffusing film (7) of mirror properties, whereas the longitudinal convex elements (6) make beneficially a whole with the transparent panel (1).
