<p>A pump includes a housing (12) having an inlet port (20) and an outlet port (24). A chamber (22) fluidly connects the inlet port and the outlet port. A diaphragm (14) is sealingly secured in the chamber and defines a fluid passageway within the housing. A solenoid (16) is secured to the housing and actuates a plunger (90) which in turn moves the diaphragm against the biasing force of a first spring (18). A second spring (91) biases the plunger toward the diaphragm.</p> |
