<p>The invention concerns novel mesoporous inorganic solids in the form of primary and/or secondary inorganic particles of D10 ≥ 1 νm and D50 ≥ 3 νm, preferably D10 ≥ 2 νm and D50 ≥ 10 νm, whereof the size can reach up to 10 mm, whereof the microporous volume (pores with size not more than 2 νm) represents not more than 10 % of the total porous volume up to 300 nm. Said solids can advantageously be used as supports of catalytic constituent in polymerisation reactions, as reaction catalysts in the field of refinery and petrochemistry, as adsorbents for separating constituents of a gas or liquid mixture consisting of at least two different compounds and as packing supports of chromatography columns.</p> |
