PURPOSE: A hair growing agent containing a pyroligneous acid solution as a main material and natural perfume as a side material is provided which can stimulate or promote hair growth, is useful for preventing hair loss and exhibits remarkable depletion-preventing effect to various kinds of alopecia. CONSTITUTION: The hair growing agent contains 80 to 95% by weight of a pyroligneous acid solution and 5 to 20% by weight of a natural flavoring material selected from peppermint flavor, Moschus, white agaric(Korean native name), borneo camphor(Korean native name) and Angelicae gigantis radix.
