PURPOSE: A value added service and a system for providing an Internet domain name and an e-mail address combining a wire and wireless telephone number to a user on the Internet are provided to enable a user to use more familiar and easy telephone number domain name and a telephone number e-mail address relating to an English domain name hard to remember. CONSTITUTION: A telephone number domain name server(D) converting the telephone number domain name into a real IP address and a telephone number e-mail address mail server(M) registering the telephone e-mail address and transmitting and servicing an e-mail through an SMTP(Simple Mail Transfer Protocol) and POP3(Post Office Protocol) protocol. Both servers connect to the Internet, register only telephone number of a subscriber in use to a wire/wireless telecommunication provider by always registering to a wire/wireless telecommunication provider and perform the maintenance and service.
