PURPOSE: A method and a system for Internet advertising are provided to offer many advertisements in a web page by grouping and channeling the advertisements. CONSTITUTION: The system comprises a server(101) for operating a web site, a DB(Database)(110) for storing the information related with an advertisement, and a user terminal(120). The DB consists of an advertisement DB(111) for storing the actual advertisement information, a channel DB(113) for storing the information about the channels allotted to respective advertisements, and a page area limit DB(115) for storing the information about the page area limit. Advertisement channeling is performed by grouping the advertisements by each pages, determining the priority order of the grouped advertisements, allotting the channel numbers corresponding to the priority order, and building a DB to relate the page areas, the channel numbers and the advertisements.
