<p>Methods and systems are provided for integrating voice, video, and data. In one embodiment, the method processes a plurality of packets that include one or more of video, voice, and data information using a plain-old-telephone system. Moreover, the method includes receiving one or more packets from a source of packets; decoding the one or more packets when the one or more packet are encoded by the source; decompressing the one or more packets into a stream of bits when the one or more packets are compressed by the source; monitoring at least one of a plurality of quality of service measurements associated with transmission of the one or more packets; and sending the source of the one of more packets the at least one of a plurality of quality of service measurements, wherein the source can vary an amount of information transferred by the one or more packets based on the at least one of a plurality of quality of service measurements.</p> |
