The drive is assembled of a nut (13) provided with a flanged bracket (14) and several balls (4), positioned between them and guided through a return element (15) along a spindle (1). Nut (13) and bracket (14) are made separately, the bracket (14) accommodating the return element (15) in a matching recess (20). The bracket (14) is attached to the nut (13) axially as well as radial by welding, gluing, soldering, or a combination of methods. A ribbed profile (22) located at the outer surface of the nut (13) secures a safe connection.
