SCREW TYPE DEHYDRATING DEVICE

PURPOSE: A screw type dehydrating device is provided to improve the dehydrating effect and to lengthen the life span of a moving plate and a driving device by precisely and uniformly vibrating the moving plate. CONSTITUTION: A screw type dehydrating device includes a casing(10), a separating device(20), a screw(30) and a plate driving device(40). The casing(10) is formed at one side thereof with a supplying section(11) and the other side thereof with a discharging section(12). Supporting plates(13,13') are installed at an inner portion of the casing(10). A water collecting section(14) is formed at a lower center portion of the casing(10). The separating device(20) has a plurality of first moving plates(21) and second moving plates(22). A perforation hole(21') is formed in the first moving plate(21), and a perforation hole larger than the perforation hole(21') is formed in the second moving plate(22). The first moving plate(21) has a triangle shape and at least two supporting holes(23) are formed at a lower portion of the first moving plate(21). A spacer(25) is inserted between the first moving plates(21). The screw(30) is inserted into a space formed in the separating device(20).
