PURPOSE: A terminal for managing clients using a CLID(Caller Line Identification) service is provided to efficiently manage the clients by storing caller IDs in a database. CONSTITUTION: A CLID IC(2) demodulates caller ID data inputted through an office line. A CPU(1) has a CLD function and an LCD driving function and stores a client database constructing program. An EEPROM(5) stores telephone number data inputted to the CPU(1), and stores client information added to telephone data retrieved by a user. An LCD(10) displays the caller ID detected in the CLID IC(2) and the telephone number and client information retrieved from a database. A keyboard(20) inputs information associated with a client on a database program.
