PURPOSE: A handsfree telephone for a car is provided to perform a telephone conversation through an earphone inserted into a cellular phone or the handsfree telephone itself in a state in which the cellular phone is attached to a charge terminal by installing the handsfree telephone having a speaker phone function, in which keys are expanded, in the car and composing the charge terminal of the cellular phone. CONSTITUTION: A handsfree telephone(10) having a speaker(11), numerical keys(13) having a big diameter, send keys(14,15), and a microphone(16) is combined with a dashboard by a fixed board. A cellular phone attachment board(22) having a charge terminal(23) and attaching a cellular phone is composed at one side of the handsfree telephone(10). An earphone jack of the handsfree telephone(10) and an earphone jack of the cellular phone are combined by an earphone wire. An earphone(18) having a power supply plug(30) and a microphone(17) connects to the handsfree telephone(10).
