PURPOSE: A structure for fixing a rear bumper at a vehicle body is provided to prevent a generation of a sink mark at an outside of the rear bumper by fixing the rear bumper passing through a plate and an outer plate composing of the vehicle body using a coupling element. CONSTITUTION: A vehicle body pane structure is composed of a plate(20) and an outer plate of a multi-layer at an inside of a trunk room in order to prevent a water leakage and a noise. A rear bumper(10) is installed at the vehicle body panel structure. An L type part(12) of the rear bumper(10), in which an end portion of the rear bumper is vented and formed, is coupled between the plate(20) and the outer plate. At an outside of the plate(20), a weld-pin(41) is coupled and fixed to protrude into the inside of the outer frame(30) passing through the outer frame(30).
