<p>PURPOSE: To feed a motor and, simultaneously, charge a battery in a mobile unit which is fed with a power in a noncontact manner and to make the mobile unit travel without any trouble regardless of the state of the mobile unit. CONSTITUTION: When a mobile unit is in a section where a feeder line 10 exists, a power supplied from the feeder line 10 via receiving cores 2a and 2b in a noncontact manner is supplied to a motor 9 via a rectifier circuit 3, a DC-DC converter 4, DC-DC converter 5, and an inverter 6. Although the power is also used for charging an electric double-layer capacitor 8, as a charging current is limited by a limiting resistor 7, even if the electric double-layer capacitor 8 is empty (completely discharged), the sufficient power is supplied to the motor 9.</p> |
