PURPOSE: An emergency telephone conversation method in a CDMA(Code Division Multiple Access) mobile communication terminal is provided to treat emergency situation by previously storing a telephone number used in emergency and continuously connecting a call until a telephone is hung up in a receiving side when the emergency situation is generated. CONSTITUTION: Keys are scanned(ST21), and a time required during the key scan is searched(ST22). If the time is over 0.5 seconds, it is checked whether a scanned key value is a key value designated in an address corresponding to the key value(ST24). If the key value is the key value designated in the address, a dial number corresponding to the key value is loaded in a non-volatile memory(ST25). It is checked whether the loaded dial number is an emergency dial number or a general abbreviated dial number, and it is discriminated whether an emergency telephone conversation call is turned on according to a value stored in a menu of a terminal(ST26). If a dialing is set, the emergency telephone conversation call is generated(ST27), and the scan of the key values is turned off(ST28).
