PURPOSE: A method for playing video pictures and video commercials through the Internet is provided to play the video commercials on a regular picture received through the Internet by making a user computer receive not only a regular film but also the video commercials set in the start or the middle of the regular picture. CONSTITUTION: The regular picture is divided into several segments according to a number of the video commercials displaying on the regular picture. The segments of the regular picture and the video commercials are stored in a computer file. The video commercials and the segments of the regular picture are alternatively played by executing the computer file of the video commercials and the segments of the regular picture to a preset program according to a specific order.
