PURPOSE: Provided is a fusion protein of tumor necrosis factor(TNF) and interleukin-4(IL-4) which is expressed in membrane-bound form, thereby decreasing side effect of cytokine and developing novel anticancer agent. CONSTITUTION: Nucleotide sequence encodes fusion protein of TNF and IL-4(IL-4/TNF), is represented by SEQ ID NO:8 and includes nucleotide sequence encoding TNF domain in cytoplasm, transmembrane domain and IL-4.
