PURPOSE: A rolling mold is provided to form a buckle roller of a waist belt with improving the functional aspect and design of the buckle roller by enlarging an outer diameter of a body at a roulette section. CONSTITUTION: A fixing mold and a movable mold are respectively installed in a groove dice and a moving dice. A workpiece having a head section formed through a heading process passes between the fixing mold and the movable mold, thereby forming a roulette section. A mold blade(9) including a protruding jaw(7) and a groove(8) is oppositely formed at inner portions of the fixing mold and a movable mold, so that the head section having predetermined width and size is formed at one side of the workpiece through one automatic rolling process.
