PURPOSE: A method and a system for performing the web site PR(Public Relation) agent by using a content delivery and distribution server are provided to maximize the effect of PR by automatically contacting a client to a PR page. CONSTITUTION: The system comprises plural clients(1) watching an interesting moving picture and automatically moving to a PR site after the moving picture show is finished, a web site PR agent web server(2) storing an on-demand moving picture file, including an advertiser web page, transmitting the information and application program of a content delivery and distribution server to the local networks of the clients, and transmitting an application program and data for reading the advertiser web page from the content delivery and distribution server, and a CCD(Content Delivery and Distribution) server(3) showing the function of a reverse proxy cache server and the contents to the clients and transmitting the advertising web page to the clients by installing a server.
