The device comprises at least one positioning piston (1) in a main cylinder (2), whilst there is a stop (11) to limit the elevation of the positioning piston and is adjustable from the inner-side of a shutting cylinder's (8) shutting piston (9). An inner chamber (5) of the main cylinder may have a bypass (17) that is made up of a valve seat (19) and recoil valve via a sphere (18). The positioning piston may have, in the vicinity of the shutting cylinder's extension, a ram (13) that is receivable in an inserted position of the positioning piston from a depression (15) of the limiting stop.
