METHOD FOR AUTOMATICALLY REGULATING CONTROL PARAMETERS OF PRESSURE CONTROL SYSTEM OF FEED TANK

PURPOSE: A method for automatically regulating control parameters of pressure control system of feed tank is provided to enable stable controlling by continuously renewing control parameters according to change of dynamic characteristics of the feed tank as continuously monitoring the pressure control state. CONSTITUTION: In a method for controlling pressure control system(1) of the feed tank(7) by performing proportional, differential and integral controls to adjust pressure of the feed tank to a set value in the process of injecting pulverized coal into a blast furnace, the method for automatically regulating control parameters of the pressure control system(1) of the feed tank is characterized in that the control parameters are consistently renewed by receiving an error between the pressure set value and measured pressure values inside the feed tank after comparing the pressure set value with measured pressures inside the feed tank(7) and by operating optimum control parameters of the proportional, differential and integral controls from output of the fuzzy interference after performing fuzzy inference from the error and error rate of change.
