PURPOSE: A portable cart assembly is provided to carry the cart by disassembling the cart and putting in a small bag, and to transport cargo by forming a cart support with assembling parts and by pulling or pushing the cart by connecting a handle to the part. CONSTITUTION: A portable cart assembly is composed of a cargo loading unit putting cargo on a cargo support; a cargo fixing unit binding cargo in the cart support in transporting; a cart support adjusting unit varying the size of the cart support according to the size of cargo; and a handle moving the cart for transferring cargo. The cargo loading unit has plural wheels, horizontal bars(21,22), vertical bars(23,24), a tripod(25), a horizontal bar base, a vertical bar base and a tripod base. The cart support adjusting unit reduces the size by folding, spreading and inserting the pipe. The size of the cart is reduced, and the cart is stored in the small bag with disassembling parts. Cargo is transported conveniently with moving the cart by assembling parts integrally.
