PURPOSE: A power amplification apparatus for a mobile telecommunication terminal is provided, which is controlled to maintain a constant current level of the power amplification apparatus varied according to a temperature variation. CONSTITUTION: A power supply part supplies a DC power supply voltage(Vc2) supplied from the external, and a power amplification part amplifies and matches a signal inputted to a system when the voltage(Vc2) is applied to the power supply part and then outputs it to the external. A bias part(13) operates as a bias of the power amplification part and also generates a bias current. And a temperature compensation part(14) is connected to the bias part and maintains a constant current level of the power amplification part according to an increase/decrease of a temperature. The temperature compensation part comprises a power supply(Vb2) driving a circuit and the fourth transistor(Q22) connected to the second transistor and a temperature compensation resistor(R3) connected between the fourth transistor and the third transistor(Q24).
