PURPOSE: A system and a method for inducing on-line cyber recruiting by using the Internet are provided to make people understand the network marketing without prejudice, to induce the joining of subordinating members, and to systematically manage the members and transmit the public notices to the members. CONSTITUTION: The method comprises steps of an on-line network businessman logging in through the Internet(110), authenticating the on-line network businessman by searching an ID(Identification) and a password(120), providing a customer service if the ID is authorized, and providing a network businessman service if the ID is a network businessman ID. The system comprises a log-in unit, an authentication unit to perform authentication by searching an ID and a password, a customer service providing unit, and a network businessman server.
