<p>Extrasomatic diagnostics to be employed for assaying a substance to be assayed in a specimen characterized by containing a reagent which reacts specifically with the substance to be assayed and a hydrophilic material (a saccharide or a saccharide derivative). More particularly speaking, extrasomatic diagnostics for assaying a substance to be assayed in a specimen which contain: 1) a reagent reacting specifically with the substance to be assayed; and 2) a compound having at least one hydroxyl group and at least one aldehyde or ketone group.</p> |
