PURPOSE: An electrode movement position sensor of a lead wire welding device is provided to limit a movement of an upper or lower electrode using a sensor which measures heights of the upper and lower electrodes. CONSTITUTION: A lead wire(3) is adhered to a lead frame. The lead wire(3) is welded with the lead frame by moving an upper electrode(4) and a lower electrode(5). Sensors(10) are adhered to front surfaces of the upper electrode(4) and a lower electrode(5). Since each of the sensors(10) is adhered to end portions of the upper electrode(4) and the lower electrode(5), the sensors(10) move according to a movement of the upper electrode(4) and the lower electrode(5). When the upper electrode(4) and the lower electrode(5) move up and down beyond predetermined distances, respectively, the upper electrode(4) and the lower electrode(5) are installed to contact with the sensors(10). |
