PURPOSE: Provided is a cement rubber composition used for an adhesive for a joint part of a tire tread, which improves the problem of crack in the joint part of the tire tread. CONSTITUTION: The cement composition comprises: 100pts.wt. of a rubber comprising 0-50pts.wt. of a natural rubber and 50-100pts.wt. of a styrene butadiene rubber(SBR); 50-70pts.wt. of a carbon black having a DBP oil absorption amount of 110-140ml/100g and an iodine adsorption amount of 85-125mg/g; 0-2.0pts.wt. of a p-phenylene diamine anti-aging agent; 20-50pts.wt. of an adhesive being a p-tert-butyl-phenol formaldehyde resin; 0-15pts.wt. of a processing oil.
