The device locks via fixtures of a hand-lever (3) defined end positions (On or To). There is a plug sleeve-hexagonal bolt beneath the hand-lever via a threaded sleeve and set with a define height. The sleeve retains its function as a plug sleeve bolt and crosses over as a cylindrical body with a guide function beneath the hand-lever's stop lever (1). The defined height gives rise to a free space (hub) (9) about stop lever that has a guide-bore (11) and can be induced. The stop lever is connected below the hand-lever on its end, whilst the front end of the stop lever has a bearing projection that is on the level opposite the bearing projection of the hand-lever. There is a bearing of a body fitting (8) clamped in the free space between both bearing projections and is used to hinder the movement of the lever system.
