Preparation of biological tissue (A) by applying cells to, or incorporating them in, a support comprising a net- or felt-like fabric of collagen fibers and culturing the cells until a cohesive cell association or cluster is formed. Independent claims are also included for the following: (1) tissue consisting of a support, comprising a net- or felt-like fabric of collagen fibers, with cells applied to, or incorporated in, it; and (2) use of the specified support for administration and integration of cells, cell association or tissues.
