PURPOSE: A reinforcing plate is bent, and attached with a connecting band of composite resin to prevent corrosion with a light weight. CONSTITUTION: A reinforcing plate(2,2') formed with PVC sheet in upper and lower part is cut, and a plurality of connecting holes(5,5') is formed. Both sides of middle portion are heated by a heating wire, and the heated reinforcing plate is bent by a press. A plurality of heating wires is arranged between the bent plate and a band(1). The bent plate is heated by the heating wires and pressed to be melt with the band. The heating wires are cut thereafter.
