An electrostimulation system with electromyographic and visual biofeedback (10) for sensing electromyographic impulses and facilitating muscular activity. The system comprises a stimulator for generating and electric impulse and at least one pair of electrodes (14) adapted to transmit an electric impulse or receive electromyographic impulses. The stimulator transmits impulses when an electromyographic impulse substantially equals or exceeds the predetermined threshold value.
