An ultrasound-transducer with an ultrasound-oscillations/vibrations generator fixed to one end of the transducer and provided with a receptacle for a wedge at the other narrower end. A slot-shaped wire pass (14) for the bonding wire is incorporated along the axis of symmetry of the transducer (1); the wire pass (14) is interrupted by a web (20) thus forming a first and a second slotted wire pass (21;22). The feed-angle of the wire passes (21;22) for the bonding wire is 45 and 60 degrees respectively.
