PURPOSE: A structure of air conditioning duct for vehicle is provided to make even amount of cold or hot air discharged to a center and both sides of a car room. CONSTITUTION: An inlet(11) and an outlet(12) are formed on a front and a rear of a boxy body(10) to penetrate the boxy body for air to flow in and out. Side outlets(13) are formed on both sides of the boxy body for air, flowing in through the inlet, to be discharged to sides. Air guides are slantly formed in the boxy body for air flowing in through the inlet to the side outlets. Tilt angles and size of the air guides are changed according to discharge amount of both of the side outlets. Air flowing in through an outer part of the inlet is discharged through the side outlets and air flowing in through a central part of the inlet is discharged through the outlet.
