<p>The inventive hydraulic insulating material comprises a hydraulic insulating component made of a multilayer polymeric fibrous material which is embodied in the form of M=2n+1 layers having a common thickness equal to Hm, where n is a number of polymeric thermoplastic substances (1). Said substances are arranged between layers of thermoreactive fibrous woven (2) and nonwoven (3) substances which are partially submerged therein. The inventive material also comprises an elastomer layer (4) having a thickness HE and connected to one of the thermoreactive fibrous woven substances (3) arranged outside. It is rational to connect the elastomer layer (4) to the fibrous substance (3) by exposing said elastomer (4) and the fibrous substance (3) to the chemical or physical action in such a way that the volume of fibrous material (3) nonsubmerged into the thermoplastic substances (1) submerges partially or completely into the elastomer layer (4). It is rational to connect the elastomer layer (4) to a protected surface (5), (6) by exposing said elastomer to physical or chemical action.</p> |
