PURPOSE: An exhaust air reflux vacuum cleaner is provided to increase relatively a suction function or an air cleaning function by refluxing selectively at least a part of air exhausted from a suction pump to an absorbing side of a suction pump. CONSTITUTION: An exhaust air reflux vacuum cleaner comprises a casing(10) having a first and a second air inlet(12a,12b) and an exhaust port(17), a suction pump(20) for generating an absorbing force, a filter member(30) for blocking a waste material, a filter casing(40) for collecting the waste material, a first absorbing passage(21) formed to interconnect the first air inlet(12a) and the filter casing(40), an exhaust air reflux passage(23) formed to reflux the air exhausted from the suction pump(20) to the absorbing side of the filter casing(40), and a reflux switching valve(50) for opening and closing the exhaust air reflux passage(23).
