PURPOSE: A cosmetic composition containing biopeptide CJ as a complex having excellent sebum-controlling effect is provided which is effective for oily skin and dry skin. CONSTITUTION: The cosmetic composition contains a large amount of cystine, amino acid of methionine and panthenol, vitamin B6, vitamin H, 0.1 to 10.0% by weight of biopeptide CJ(Sederma Co.) and additionally phytosphingosine having moisturizing and antimicrobial properties.
