CONSTITUTION: Network information is defined by setting area using a computer, setting place information to use the computer by an area, setting information about the number of computers to be used by a place, setting addresses and pieces of identification information of the plural computers, setting master computers of the respective places, setting at least one grand computer, setting information receiving channel information of the grand computer, setting information transmitting channel information of slave computers which are subordinate to the grand computer, setting pieces of information transmitting/receiving channel information of the master computers and setting pieces of the information transmitting channel information of the slave computers subordinate to the master computers.
