A high-flex decorative plastic sheet laminate includes a flexible and self-supporting transparent plastic sheet as its uppermost layer bonded to a decorative layer therebeneath, preferably decorative paper or fabric, through a water-soluble polyurethane adhesive which is substantially entirely impregnated within the decorative sheet so as to leave substantially no intermediate adhesive layer between the transparent plastic layer and the decorative layer.
