<p>The present invention isolated a novel phosphatidase A2(PLA2) gene by constructing cDNA library of Lapemis hardwick venom and DNA sequencing, and name as PLA2-9, which encodes 146 amido acid containing a signal peptide consisting of 27 amido acid. The said protein has 8.5 of isoelectric point(I.P), about 14280 dalton. The protein has toxicity on numerous tumour cells in vitro. Not only the methods for genetic engineering expressing and function researching of new Lapemis hardwick gene is disclosed, but also a basis for developing of new anticancer medicines is provided.</p> |
