<p>An agent, which comprises lectin as the active ingredient, for imparting resistance against external stimuli to animal cells (in particular, mammal cells), cultured cells thereof and various tissues in living bodies. By using this agent, resistance against mechanical stimuli and/or protein decomposition reactions can be imparted to the above-described animal cells and/or tissues and thus fixation of these cells and/or tissues and implants obtained by culturing the same in recipients can be improved.</p> |
