PURPOSE: A method for the AD(Advertisement) vehicle management using a position tracking device is provided to appropriate a fair AD charge and to gain the confidence of the advertiser by providing a new and effective AD medium to the advertiser and effectively managing the AD attaching vehicle. CONSTITUTION: The AD management system comprises a server(10) executing the reception of a vehicle owner(40) and an advertiser(30) and the selection and management of an AD vehicle(41), a member info database(11) storing the information of the AD vehicle owner, an advertiser management database(12) storing the advertiser information, a vehicle tracking management database(13) storing the real driving history of the AD attaching vehicle, an AD management database(14) storing the contents relating to the AD requested by the advertiser, an Internet or wire/wireless communication network(20), a position tacking device(42) calculating the driving history of the vehicle through the data from a satellite(50) by installing to the AD attaching vehicle and transmitting the driving history to the server, and the satellite transmitting the data such as a position and a speed of the vehicle to the position tracking device.
