IMMERSION AND DELIVERY TYPE FREEZING METHOD AND SYSTEM OF THE SAME

PURPOSE: An immersion and delivery type freezing method and system of the same are provided to immerse and deliver frozen object in refrigerant to freeze even when specific gravity of the frozen object is lighter or heavier than specific gravity of the refrigerant. CONSTITUTION: A system includes a freezing tank(2); an input device(6); a delivery device(8); a refrigerant collecting device(10); and a discharge part. The freezing tank is filled with refrigerant(4). The input device is installed on an outside of the freezing tank to put object(R) to be frozen into the freezing tank. The delivery device delivers the object put by the input device to be immersed in the refrigerant to be frozen. The refrigerant collecting device delivers the object to be frozen above a surface of the refrigerant so that the refrigerant attached on the object drops to the freezing tank by gravity to dry the frozen object. The discharge part is interlocked with the refrigerant collecting device to discharge the object to the outside of the freezing tank.
