PURPOSE: An assembly structure of a case and cover for containing an air cleaner is provided to prevent the breakdown and deformation of the case and cover for containing the air cleaner, and spring caused by the explosion pressure in backfire. CONSTITUTION: A contact(21) formed at the outer end of the cover(20) is placed at the upper surface of the supporter(11) formed at the outer end of the case(10). A fastening portion(32) of the bolt(30) is inserted into a fastening hole(11a) and a throughout hole(21a) formed in the supporter(11) and contact(21). An elastically supporting spring(40) is installed at the space between an upper portion of the contact and a head portion(31) of the bolt(30). The throughout hole(21a) is guided along the bolt(30) by the spring. The contact(21) moves downwardly and abuts against the upper portion of the supporter(11).
