PURPOSE: An apparatus is provided, for preventing the oxidation of the unplated surface of a steel sheet and the generation of dent defect or spots on the surface, and removing the metal deposit. CONSTITUTION: The apparatus(1) comprises a body part(10) which is provided with a wheel(12) running along a rail(11) installed in both sides a tank(120) and a motor member(15) rotating the upper driving axis(13) of the wheel(12) in the upper part of the body(14) of the tank(120), and goes and returns along the length direction of the steel sheet; a removing part(30) which is provided with a plurality of plates(31) extended to the direct lower part of the body(14) installed in the both sides of the front and rear parts of the body, and a plurality of magnetic wings(32) rotated by the motor member(15) installed in each plate(31); and a hollow rotation axis(51) installed n the both sides of the body(14), a nozzle(54) spraying HCl solution, and a control part(50) controlling the concentration of the HCl solution.
