An information communicating system wherein an agent terminal (2) constituting this system displays a character of a predetermined shape to enable conversation of the character with a user, transmits the personal information, etc. acquired through the conversation to an agent access server, and displays the information from the agent access server in the form that the character presents it. The agent access server (3) constituting this system analyzes the access from the agent terminal (2), selects an exclusive server (5) according to the analysis result to send the information from the agent terminal (2), and sends the reply information from the exclusive server (5) to the agent terminal (2). The exclusive server (5) processes only the information to send the reply information. |
