<p>A commodity order accepting/placing system (10) comprises information processing means that includes an order acceptance/placement management device (100) for managing information concerning commodity order acceptance/placement and commodity sale, a purchaser terminal (200) for transmitting order placement information concerning order placement of a commodity to the order acceptance/placement management device, and a seller terminal (300) for receiving the order placement information transmitted from the order acceptance/placement management device. Information about commodity order acceptance/placement and commodity sale can be communicated to one another through a communication line (11) such as a public telephone line. A commodity purchaser C operates the purchaser terminal (200) to input order placement information (12), and the order acceptance/placement management device (100) transmits the order placement information (12) to the seller terminal (300). When the commodity purchaser C orders a commodity (20), the order placement information (12) representing the content of the order is reliably transmitted to a commodity seller B, and thereby the ordered commodity (20) can be reliably delivered to the commodity purchaser C.</p> |
