<p>The present invention relates to three genes encoding short chain neurotoxin (refer to sn12,sn36 and sn160) obtained by Lapemis hardwick venom gland cDNA library construction and DNA sequencing. The three genes are modified and amplified by PCR methods, cloned into expression vector PETTRX. The expression host is BL21-DE3. The host is induced by IPTG. The three genes are highly effectively soluble fusion expressed. Short chain neurotoxin analgesia action test data showed that sn12,sn36 and sn160 can significantly improve pain threshold of mouse.</p> |
