<p>Compounds represented by the general formula [|]: [wherein A?1 and A2¿ are each optionally fluorinated methine or the like; B is halogeno, cyano, lower alkyl, or the like; D is an optionally substituted heterocyclic group or the like; and G is a C¿3-20? aliphatic group such as an alicyclic group]. The compounds inhibit nociceptin by virtue of their high affinity for nociceptin receptor, and are therefore useful as analgesic, antiobestic, cerebral function improver, drugs for treatment of Alzheimer disease and dementia, remedies for schizophrenia and neurodegerative diseases, antidepressant, remedies for diabetes insipidus, polyuria, and hypotension, and so on.</p> |
