This invention refers to a crystallized metal alloy, which includes copper, zinc, nickel, lead, tin, iron, sulfur antimony and manganese, all with a specific percentage of composition. The object of this invention is to avoid, control and reduce the crust, algae and gases in fluid systems specially water by means of the fluid polarization using a crystallized metal alloy which is content in a carter of special design by which the liquid flows after being in direct contact with the crystallized alloy superficial area and which can be any liquid specially water. The crystallized metal works by means of a catalytic reaction which controls, eliminates and reduces crust, algae and gases in fluid systems. The catalyst eliminates the crust formation in fluid conduits, especially in water systems; it is composed of an anodal alloy sacrificatory by degrees of crystalline metal which gets decomposed over a long period of time by water polarization by means of the energy discharge due to the che mical decomposition reaction between alloy and water. This action prevents the crust formation in water lines and is adapted to eliminate or at least reduce the problems of crust formation in both domestic and commercial water systems. The reaction between alloy/water provides the necessary polarization to prevent salts precipitation into the fluid. The particular configuration of the catalyst depends on the projected use of the device as well as on the concerning fluid index in the water system.
