PURPOSE: A heptapeptide type compound and a producing method thereof are provided, which compound is useful as an accelerator or antagonist for a melanocortin receptor. CONSTITUTION: The heptapeptide type compound is represented by formula(1) or (2), wherein W is C1-10 alkyl; E1 is amino acid or its derivative represented by formula(3) wherein A1 and A2 are the same or different alkyl; E2 is amino acid or its derivative represented by formula(4) wherein A3 and A4 are the same or different alkyl; E3 is amino acid or its derivative represented by formula(5) or (6) wherein A5 and A6 are hydrogen, C1-3 alkyl, hydroxy, halogen, alkyloxy, alkyl, amino, alkylamino, carboxylic acid or amide, or are the same or different C1-3 alkyl; E4 is amino acid or its derivative represented by formula(7) or (8) wherein n is 0, 1 or 2 and A9 and A10 are hydrogen, C1-3 alkyl, hydroxy, halogen, alkyloxy, alkyl, amino, alkylamino, carboxylic acid or amide, or are the same or different C1-3 alkyl, and A11 and A12 are the same or different alkyl; E5 is amino acid or its derivative represented by formula(9) wherein A13 and A14 are the same or different alkyl; E6 is amino acid or its derivative represented by formula(10) wherein A15 and A16 are the same or different alkyl; and E7 is amino acid or its derivative represented by formula(11) or (12) wherein A17 and A18 are any one of hydrogen and the other of C1-3 alkyl. |
