PURPOSE: An apparatus for notifying the generation of abnormality in a switch is provided to confirm the state of the switch and instantly correspond to the abnormality of the switch when generating the abnormality in case that an operator is located in a remote place by remotely outputting a state message of the switch in an operation program. CONSTITUTION: An operation program has a message process unit(10a) for transmitting and receiving a message with a switch, analyzing the received message, and outputting the analyzed message to a corresponding process unit, and a command process unit(10b) for receiving a command of an operator and requesting command execution to the corresponding process unit. The operation program comprises an error process unit(10c) for processing an error generated in the operation program, and an alarm output unit(10d) for outputting an alarm for informing a fault state of the switch to the operator. The operation program has a state storing unit(10e) for storing the state of the switch, and a display process unit(10f) for displaying the state of the switch as a graphic or text type. The operation program has a remote message transmitting unit(100) for remotely transmitting a state message of the switch to the operator.
